The staff at Root Canal Specialty Associates were amazing. Dr. Bok did an excellent job, with professionalism and care, with amazing medical support staff as well. I had 3 visits with my root canal. The entire staff was professional, kind, informative. 5 Stars, hands down. Thank you for your kindness, and help. This is the place to go for the best root canal care. (That said, I hope I never have to have another root canal. :)

Excellent staff! I was terrified when I first arrived to the office, but I was quickly put to ease because the staff was so cordial. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly and comforting. The doctor was excellent. He was polite and calming as he explained all he was going to do. He did his job with precision and care, fixing my anxieties and my tooth. I highly recommend Root Canal Specialty Associates to anyone suffering from the terrible fear of a bad tooth.

I've had 3 previous root canals, 2 of which were absolutely horrendous experiences. I can't even explain how fearful I was walking in today. I had a minor breakdown when we first were getting ready to begin but everyone was so kind and reassuring. They talked through each step and I was shocked that the entire process was finished so quickly. It was painless and fast. Thank you to Dr. Shin and thank you to your kind team ❤️

I've had to visit the Brighton office twice and my recent visit confirmed the excellent service! The staff are pleasant and comforting. Dr. McWatters and the techs were clear, thorough and made me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this office, especially for patients with some anxiety.

I’m terrified of the dentist and I’ve been a wimp about it my whole life. I needed a root canal that I put off for a long time, and finally the pain was so intense I had to get it fixed. I called probably 10 different places and finally called Root Canal Specialty Associates in Ann Arbor. Not only did they take my insurance and do all the leg work regarding that but the visit was amazing from the moment I walked in.
