I had my first root canal done a couple of years ago and dr mcwaters and his team were really nice
It was one of my most pleasant visit I've had at the dentist office.
Had a root canal done on Thursday Dec 28 2017 at the West Bloomfield location. Any previous root canals were done about 15 years ago. The entire procedure was so much more pleasent and pain-free then any other ones. Dr. Martha Zinderman and her entire staff did everything they could to put me at ease. Only pain medication I needed was Ibuprofen. And I don't think I really needed that. All in all, a surprisingly pleasant visit. Had the #4 bicuspid done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE. My treatment was very professional and I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure!
I was so pleased with the care I received in this office! Dr Shapiro and his staff took time to make sure I was comfortable in all ways, from my greeting from the reception team to the procedure. They took time to accurately diagnose the right tooth problem, and to consult with my own dentist on it. I dread the lidocaine injections, but Dr Shapiro took the time to slowly inject and I was pleased by how painless it was. Dr. Edlund has performed three root canal surgeries for me; I wouldn't go anywhere else. All of the staff are so friendly and kind plus very professional.
