Everyone was kind and professional!! It had been eight years to the day since I had a root canal! I was not looking foward to it but they all made me feel confortable and treated me very well !! Feeling great !!Thanks !!
The last time I got a root canal was in 1959 and it took days. This time I was in and out in an hour. They were all kind and professional. I found the experience to me somewhat traumatic but not because they didn't do their utmost to make me comfortable. They explained every step and kept me informed as the procedure progressed. Dr. McWatters was kind, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend these people to anyone.
Getting a root canal is terrifying. However, mine was an easy, not too traumatic experience. Dr. Chris McWatters was awesome. Dr. McWatters and his staff made me comfortable, talked me through what was happening and they got in and out. I almost dozed off a few times in the chair. If you have to get a root canal, go to this practice. I went to the Ann Arbor office. Awesome!!!
Had my first (and hopefully last) root canal today. Was a little anxious going in, but there was no reason to be. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Dr. Ichesco was great as are his assistants. Very informative, they keep you relaxed and most importantly I felt very little to no pain!
For a root canal it was one of the best experiences. The staff was friendly, told me up front what they were going to do, what I would expect and it went very quickly. I'd recommend to anyone who needs a root canal. They even called both times the following day to check in on me. Great people !
I was extremely impressed with my initial visitation to diagnose my issue and prescribe treatment. Five stars for: promptness, courtesy, great understanding of recommended treatment. All staff members were extremely professional. Don't like root canals, but I believe I'm in good hands.
I went in today for a root canal and I was very pleased with everyone. Front desk was nice and the girls in the back were great. Doc was very informational when it can to explaining what he was going to do. Would definitely refer to others and go back if needed.
