Fantastic job! I have a 10 year old carpet and the RestoClean guy did an excellent job of fixing the worn seams!
I had a large two piece off white sofa, which hadn't been cleaned for sometime. The folks at RestoClean worked until the sofa looked great, and it was a difficult job, they were professional and so very nice too! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants, fast, friendly service at a fair price.

this company came out twice to get our walk in shower tile restored as shown on their website...they could not do it and therefore did not charge us the first time but did so the second time as they felt they had cleaned the tile, but it still is not restored to what is shown on their website
The employee who performed this job was very friendly and respectful. That being said, I was quoted one rate and charged another. I was expecting it to be lower because of the square footage.I probably would have been happier but I felt that he didn't do a thorough job. We had minimal furniture in the house and yet he didn't move it or even try to perform the task. They did come back to try to remove the stains, but they are still there. Thank you for the compliment. Update: When client called in, requesting a price over the phone without seeing it, a range was given ($200-$300, depending on stains). After being assured twice there were no stains, no pets, stated lowest it could be, was $175. Technician met at home, walked through with client, took pictures of 14 stains and pet damage. They dislodged my dryer vent under my house when cleaning it, then left me to figure out how to reconnect it. They said they don't fix that when they break it! I had to call another real HVAC company to reconnect my venting. I should have just called a real HVAC company in the first place. Way to take responsibility!

I later found out that the technician never charged this customer for the service, he recommended a HVAC company because her vent was disconnected before the cleaning. Customer never called back.
Owner is extremely unaware of good customer service, Very immature and egotistical. Does not know how to apologize sincerely for being late on the job and trying to make up for it. I specifically arranged a 1st customer of the day time & he was still late. Did not give a sincere apology and griped the entire time when I told him I was not happy. Does not have customer service skills or maturity.

The gentleman that came to the house did a great job. My only reservation was I asked about some additional services, but he was unable to provide a quote and recommended that I call his boss for a quote. Why didn't he call him himself?
