Let me start by saying, I've been attending this Location a few years now for both my kids. I do love and appreciate the amenities they offer for children's entertainment, but I did not appreciate the time I wasted on my child last appointment. Our appointment was at 9am, we arrived 30 minutes early as suggested, unfortunately I don't have anyone else to help me with his siblings so I end up taking with me.. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR TEETH CLEANED WITH A DRILL!!! I've never felt worried or uncomfortable getting my teeth cleaned until today. This place schedule 4 appointments for 1 tooth removal surgery that didn’t even happen today because although they have had his X-rays for 3 weeks now the doctor didn’t look at them until today. Very unprofessional and unorganized office! Literally waited a month in a half for a tooth removal for a 12 year old child still have to go somewhere else!

Horrible wait time, my appointment was at 4pm and it’s 5:10 I still hadn’t been seen. I asked at 4:45 what was going on and they didn’t know what to even tell me. The ladies at the front were sweet but it’s ridiculous how I made an appointment for 4pm and didn’t even get seen. I’m sure if I would’ve arrived an hour later they wouldn’t have seen me. It’s always like this when I go. I will not be coming back at all.
