Excellent customer service . Every single person working at the 529 rd location is super friendly and try their very best to make you feel comfortable from beginning to end. Kudos to Rodeo Dental staff and specially to Dr. Lee for calming my nerves and for being so sweet to me.
I'm highly disappointed in this practice. They are very unorganized with patient treatment and the dentists lack common courtesy and respect for both patients and their parents. My son needed fairly extensive yet common dental work done and he was very nervous about getting the work done. We came in for an exam and I talked in detail with the dentist who would be performing the work. We made another appointment to come in a begin the work. I am actually sitting here in the dentist office and have been for two hours (and counting) waiting for my daughter’s appointment. I was told to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment and I did. There is absolutely no excuse to having your patient wait for services this long. Something needs to be done about appointment scheduling. My time is valuable and no parent/patient should have to wait this long to be seen, especially with a waiting room full of people during a pandemic. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. Great practice! We were in need of a new dentist after moving to Houston and after a dental emergency with one of our children we found Rodeo Dental. They were able to get us in the same day. All 5 of my children have now been seen and once again, a very positive experience. One child had a fear of the dentist but she now says she won’t be worried any more after coming here. My youngest has Down Syndrome and all the staff that saw her were so patient and understanding with her challenges. Very happy with this practice ... read more
So patient and nice with my son! I thought it was going to be a nightmare since my son hates dentist, but he was actually calm and let them do everything they had to do!
Worst experience ever. It was a nightmare. Finalized on my son's treatment plan and payment on a prior visit only for me to arrive the next appointment, and the whole story changed. They are no honest people, and the people that manage the place do not have skills especially in deexcalation. They placed a call to an orthodontist who saw us at the earlier visit to confirm what I was saying we were told, but of course, he could not recall the visit and plan. We have several kids that we took there and every time there was an issue. We would make an appointment for something and it would be different than what they would try to do or not do. The times for appointments would always be wrong. They would tell us on one kid that she was getting her tooth pulled and an ortho consult...come the day for appointment, no tooth pulled, and they acted like I was crazy for thinking they were doing that.
