Our first experience was great--both the hygienist and dentist went above and beyond to make our son comfortable. They talked to him before hand, had silly names for all the instruments, and really made it fun! He actually even enjoyed his experience! Our second visit was "so-so". While the dentist was again amazing the hygienist (different than before) didn't take the same extra steps to make the experience comfortable for our son. She wasn't bad or unfriendly, but probably more suited to handle older kids.
They are awesome! My daughter has been diagnosed with sensory processing disorder and they took their time to make sure she had a positive experience.
Everyone is very proffesional from the front desk to the fetal asst and the doctor. The office is very welcoming to my child and the experience is always ran smoothly and efficiently.
My experience has been very good. The staff is very nice.
Very courteous staff concerned about the wellbeing of my 8 year old daughter throughout the appointment. Great facility, highly recommend it to other parents.
