Just finished with my 2 month follow up appointment and I'm beyond thrilled with my results! If you're considering plastic surgery please make a consult appointment with Dr. Almonte and his staff. You won't be disappointed...they're top notch! I'm 52 years young and look/feel 35 again!!
I had an A-Lift, Upper Bleph and Lip Lift at 70 years old. I could not be more happy with the result which looks refreshed, natural and not over done. Dr Almonte is a great technician with a great aesthetic. Hard to find both qualities in a plastic surgeon. His office is inviting with a friendly and qualified staff with many other services I am eager to try. I have had other work done and this was by far my best experience. If you are thinking of achieving the best "you" I highly recommend Dr. Almonte.
Best plastic surgeon. His office is clean and modern. His staff has great customer service. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I had some plastic surgery done and I can’t be happier with the results. I also had micro needing with Mrs.Gina. I get so many compliments on how my skin looks. I am very pleased with all my purchases.
Had a great experience at. the Almonte Center. Cynthia did a fantastic job on me before, so I went back to see her again. She's very professional and knows her job. A patient of Dr Almontes shared her experience with me regarding her A-lift. She looked absolutely great. I highly recommend the Almonte Center for any procedure. I’ve always wanted a fuller upper lip, but wanted something more permanent than fillers. I ended up finding Dr. Almonte and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. His whole staff is super friendly and helpful and Dr. Almonte is amazing. He only does facial surgery and specializes in face lifts, so I knew I was in good hands. I found him on Instagram (@californiafacesurgeon) and was able to schedule a consultation for the next morning. I had my consult with the RN Cynthia and booked my surgery for March 12th.
The best thing I have ever done for myself with the best doctor and team ever. Dr. Almonte listened to my concerns about my appearance and now I look even better than I could have imagined. The staff was so caring and warm from the start to the end of the experience. I highly recommend the Almonte Center and the procedure. I have absolutely no regrets!

Dr. Almonte did great work. Made me feel comfortable, and was very informative. Price was fantastic. Surgery was easy to recover from. He obviously has a lot of experience, and knows what he's talking about.
