Both Ben and Aaron were friendly and very professional. Repairs were preformed and the need carefully explained. Additional services were offered and explained. Ben called approximately a half hour before arrival and arrived on time. Work was done efficiently and they were done in within 2 hours.
Ben and Justin did a fantastic job. They showed up promptly, were very professional. Ben wrote up three different options for the work I was looking to have done, and once I selected my option, they promptly set to work. They wore foot booties, and laid out a drop cloth to protect my wood floors, and they cleaned up all debris, so except for my new outdoor outlet and indoor ceiling light, there's no evidence they were ever here!
Ben and Aaron did a wonderful job They explained my options and checked everything I was concerned about. They were also very patient with my little dog who barked at them every time they entered or left my home. Led lights in the basement are not working correctly, so Ben will bring me replacement bulbs on his way home from work on Monday. Kyle electricians installed these Leds about 2 years ago. I was very pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism from the two electricians from your company. They worked well together in identifying the problem and were able to quickly develop a solution to my somewhat complicated electrical issue. They communicated effectively with me, so I understood the solution proposed and competed the job in less time and for less money than I expected.
