We had a rather large project for a new home we built. From start to finish the electricians (Aaron and Chad) did an amazing job! From customer service to electrical knowledge to cleanliness, this team is the VERY best! From the first call with Casey who sets everything up, to the review/quote meeting with the technician, to the installation with the master electricians . . . everything is five star all the way!!! Bruce and Justin were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained everything as they went along as well as at the end of the job. We sincerely enjoyed their time with us and will strongly recommend them and their company to all of our friends.
Bruce is the man - installed a new 4-way line through our crawlspace for a stove. He walked through the steps, possible problems and workarounds, and completed the work neatly and cheerfully. He’s a great guy to talk to as well.
Mr. Crews, the electrician, came on time to replace a failed light switch and an outdated wall outlet in a bathroom. He found the right circuit and offered us a reasonable price, which we accepted. He had the parts with him, and got the job done in less than an hour. The new switch looks and works fine, and the new outlet has a ground fault interruptor for safety.
Ben was extremely pleasant, very professional and methodical in diagnosing and resolving the problem. I rate him the best.
Bruce and Justin did a great job especially since we asked them to do a 'few' other changes since they were here. They were very personable and did everything we asked and also found some items that needed to be replaced or repaired. I highly recommend them and Tim Kyle.
Jack and Chad arrived on time and cheerfully ready to work. They went out of their way to solve a complex problem that had stopped one other electrical company cold. They explained what they were doing, were meticulously clean, polite, and professional. I can't express how satisfied I've been with Tim Kyle Electrical Service for over 15 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
