Jack was on time, friendly, and professional. His uniform was crisp looking - very professional. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors and carpet. He did a full inspection and found many of my smoke/carbon dioxide detectors had expired or were about to expire. I am so glad he had the new ones in his truck, and he put them in expediently. He went out of his way to help me change an HVAC filter. He is an excellent representative of the Tim Kyle team. I hope he is the one who comes back next year. Thanks.
