The technician was very good, he explained what needed to be done, what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. After he finished the fire alarm system, he went all over the house checking the electric system. He pointed out the deficiencies, suggested remedies that should be taken care of promptly and others that could wait. Other than the bill, it was an ok encounter. Jack was very knowledgeable, efficient at what he had to do, neat, showed respect for our house. I would recommend you to anyone.
Technicians were polite, courteous and generally nice guys. They were honest about what they could or couldn't do (based on problems with a fan, not their abilities). They tackled one somewhat difficult situation with ease,
