I WAS a patient there until MY needs were NOT met. I made an appointment a YEAR ago at the office in Schertz where I Want to be seen at, so they text me to confirm that they need to reschedule my appointment because Dr Vanover doesn't see patients there on that day anymore. I asked if I can schedule with another associate for that day and was denied because they don't want patients transferring between each other. Office staff is totally incompetent. All my claims went out with the wrong diagnosis code, resulting in hours on the phone between their office, the lab, and my insurance company to resolve. Additionally, they were completely negligent, failing to check my benefits before sending my blood work to a lab. This resulted in a $200+ bill that I now have to pay, despite the fact that lab work sent to the right lab is covered at 100%. I am past due on my annual exam, so my status has reverted to being a new patient. So fine, I'll schedule for first available appointment. But, no, since I have only seen the one Dr there before, I'm now exclusive to ONLY being able to see her and her schedule is not open until December! I do not understand these particular regulations whether it's due to insurance issues or simply their personal practice, and no one would bother to explain it to my satisfaction. This place insists that you see a doctor even if you don't like their bedside manner. They refuse to let you change doctors. This is a ridiculous rule for a practice!!!
