Awful quality diamond started scratching in months. Warranty only covers defects from the manufacturer not really a warranty if their products.

After reading most of these reviews & comments. I will NOT be ordering from this company. I also thought they were real diamonds, they are NOT! You shouldn't be charging the same price as real diamonds, if they're fake!!! What a bummer!!��

It is a shame you left us a negative review when you did not actually purchase anything from us. Typically a natural diamond sells for $3,000 - $6,000 per carat and then you have the cost of the setting, where our stones sell for a fraction of that cost. Our average wedding set cost around $1,500 for a 1.5Ct center stone set in 14K white gold with a matching band . A ring with this size center stone with a VVs1 D-Color Grading would sell for around $10,000 . So our Lab Created Diamonds are a great alternative to Natural Diam... read more

This is now the 4th time the same diamond fell out of my ring after sending it in numerous times from California to Florida 👿 I just got it back oct 2nd 2017 from fixing it once again & today the same dam diamond fell out again !!! This needs to be fixed I want a new ring or another one at same value !!!!
