They suck! Ring was pretty, but the stone fell out and customer service said that I had to pay even though I had it for 3 days. Do NOT waste your money!
Had my ring for one year. Three little stones fell out and they wanted $35.00 a piece for each stone to replace them. I was so sad. I spent a lot of money on my ring........now it will stay in my jewelry box as junk! :(
Beautiful ring however customer service was a nightmare. Also ordering online was a mistake. It gives you an option for shipping and billing addresses to be different however it doesn't tell you anywhere obvious that if they are in different areas it will automatically go to your billing. Luckily I caught it last minute through the FedEx site. When I called the lady helping was extremely rude. I had to cancel my order and use a different card.
