So many issues, even after paying extra (more than the difference actually was) to change out my original ring, they still can't seem to get it right. It took two weeks to receive the new ring after payment; and guess what, it comes in sized at a 3 1/2!! My original was a 5 1/2. My husband contacted the manager who so kindly negotiated the escalated exchange price and he completely ignores him...never personally acknowledging the issue. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are fraudulent and don't stand behind their product. My ring is less than 6 months old and has been sent in three times to replace stones that fall out. They refuse to give us our money back or allow us to choose a different product. Each time they claim they need to inspect it for manufacture defects, they then fix it and send it back. Horrible!!! My ring looked beautiful for about a week. Totally cloudy. Dull...even took it a jewelry store to see if it was dirty. Apparently, brushing it again anything causes immediate scratching.
First they sent us the wrong setting, then when we received the correct setting, side stones fell out within a day and the center stone was crooked. Now 6 months later, and after countless ship backs the ring still has a crooked center stone. All they do is keep it a few weeks and send it back polished, I guess expecting that to hide the fact it wasn't fixed. The manager, Jay, is useless and obviously could care less. My husband and I are beyond fed up. Picture to follow in the comments.
The ring was beautiful and my wife loved it but after having g it only a short time the stone fell out.
By far the worse company to buy from. They don't keep their promises and when you send in an item to be fixed that's defected they say it's a defect but still charge you for it! I will never buy nor recommend this company to anyone. I asked to have a supervisor call me several times and have not received a call back! Beyond mad!
It appeared flawless. I want my ring from here. So many options to choose from and at this point, I want to pick a loose diamond and design our rings.
