Great dental office— Professional, caring, wonderful staff Love this office! If you need a dentist, (and we all do for cleanings, etc.,), this is the place for you. The staff is great! Kristin did my cleaning today and she is excellent—thorough, gentle, and personable. Dr. Bachinski followed with my exam. She is also very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and communicates extremely well. Can’t go wrong here!

Quality service Unfortunately this appointment was for a molar extraction which I don't think anyone looks forward to but it had to be done. The only regret I had was having a week to think about it while waiting for the appointment, which in my opinion was the equivalent of "mental waterboarding" as it has been a long time since it was necessary to pry a tooth from my mouth. latest visit the staff couldn't b more friendly and helpful. even during the covid 19 pandemic the desk staff is so nice and quick even with all the extra screening and paperwork. I felt so comfortable in the building and with all the staff. the dentist Dr. B explains every step of the way what she is about to do, she is extremely knowledgeable. the work she does is very precise and effective. thank so much andrew

Professional and Safe They are always friendly and professional. This time, due to the virus, they were extremely safe. Took every precaution to keep themselves and their patients safe. I didn't like going to the dentist before, but they make it an enjoyable experience.

A fractured tooth? I never heard that I could fracture my tooth but I did. From a piece of pizza! I thought that my crown just needed some cement but due to the tooth left was fractured I lost my tooth. Dr B was fantastic in explaining that how she doesn’t like to ever pull a tooth this one wasn’t one. The concern and courtesy of everyone was amazing. Dr B what a fantastic lady. After sticker shock,my insurance not so good I’ll have that smile back soon

Excellent care and service. Always friendly and professional! I had my 6 month checkup and cleaning earlier this week. I was extremely pleased with all the safety precautions that Hidden Lakes Dental has in place to keep their clients safe from the coronavirus. I walked in and I was asked to sanitize my hands. My oxygen level and temperature were taken. All staff was gloved and masked, ( I believe everyone was double masked with an N-95 mask and a regular mask over that).
