First of all, thank you to my hygienist for being so skilled and quick! I wish I could remember her name...but will ask for her again! Second of all thank you for charging the “first time patient fee” since I didn’t have insurance. Lastly, thank you Dr. Smith for your opinion on how to move forward with my discolored tooth. I appreciate your recommendation to start conservatively.
I had my first appointment at Kootanai Family Dental today. What a great, friendly and helpful staff. I was very impressed with the level of care I received there. I’ll be going back.
Although I do not usually go online and write reviews... I have got to write about this Dental office and the Employees that are just 100% wonderful. The office was bright, cheery, CLEAN, organized and instantly gave me that homie feeling. I was greeted with a sincere smile and a perfect hand shake. I was introduced to the Dentist and boy was she right on the nose; with similar thoughts of what I had. She was 100% knowledgeable & supportive! I am happy I found such a fabulous new dentist! Just when you thought Kootenai Family Dental couldn't reinvent itself, It did! Beyond me how they did not win The Best Of. The office has expanded to meet the needs of a growing community. It's Awesome as are All the people there. They Aim to Please and they do just that. Courteous, Kind, Efficient, Professional beyond all measures. Laughlin is the best tech I've ever had. Thank You.
