Not everyone enjoys having to go to the Dr or the DDS, but I have always enjoyed my visits to Kootenai Family Dental. Laughlin is always happy & smiling & makes me & my kids feel very comfortable. I always look forward to going.
Very cordial reception staff. Service was prompt, friendly and effective. Could not have asked for better dental care. Cannot say enough about this exemplary dental-care organization!
I have never felt so at peace in a dental office. I have a low pain threshold and was nervous going in as I am anytime I think about dental appointments. But over and over again at my place of business through word of mouth I have heard great things about Kootenia Family's office and they are all true. I do. I appreciate how attentive everyone is, from making sure I'm comfortable with any work they do to offering a cozy throw if the room seems chilly. Always professional and caring, from front desk to Doctors. I highly recommend their dental plans to others without dental insurance. I travel from Spokane just for the care they give me. Wow oh wow are these ladies AMAZING!!! I have never in my life had such a positive experience at a dental office. I was extremely nervous going into the appointment because I had to bring my two toddlers with me during their nap time 😬(dad had to work late) but they went above and beyond to make sure that the boys were comfortable and never once did they make me feel bad about having them with me. From the warm welcome of Katelyn at the desk to the energetic and patriotic Brandy, and to the sharp soft spoken Dr Smith it was a phenomenal visit. These folks have customer service down pat and it wasn’t justvwith me, it was with every single person through the door. We are new to the area but we have found the dental office that we will be as equally loyal to. Don’t hesitate to stop in and I’m sure you will be just as pleased as my wife and I. Great job folks!
I loved all the noisy chatter in the office amoung the patients, doctors, assistants, technitions & office staff. I came on 3.14 or pie day so there was a lot of discussions about pot pie, chicken pot pie & pizza pies. The reason I like the chatter was if helped cover up the noise of drilling and vacuuming. The chatter was happy, energetic, helpful, funny and uplifting. This is the first time I have visited a dentist and felt uplifted when I was done. Great job, keep up the happy chatter.
