I can't believe how great it is to get a crown at Kootenai Family Dental - I know an oxymoron. But to have the procedure all done in house within a couple hours is amazing. I sit and red on my Kindle while the crown is sculpted and fired. They pop it in and our the door I go!
This is the best dentist appointment I've ever had. All of the staff was extremely kind and caring. Thank you all for giving me such a wonderful experience! I will never switch dentists! You guys are the best!

Outstanding experience! I just needed a cleaning but after walking in and getting a handshake from the front desk, then a guided tour of the office, a gift bag and seeing their “comfort options” including parafin wax (all for free!) the service stood out. Multiple team members took the time to say hello and introduce themselves as I waited and even got to know me outside of my oral care needs. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and scheduling the rest of my family.

Latest technology and very friendly atmosphere.
Even though I am not the best patient, Marie Smith DDS & supportive staff treat me as if I am. No one hurts or humiliates me. If I become uncomfortable (phobic) everything stops and I am given time to re-group or comeback at another time. The dental hygientist (all of them) are patient, gentle & concerned. I could not ask for a better dentist or dental office.
