I was met at the front door with a smile and a very pleasant and friendly greeting for a 7:00 AM appointment. I was given a new patient gift bag, then shown around the office and met more pleasant and friendly people. I was then taken to the exam room and offered various drinks-coffee, tea, juice, water. I was then introduced to the hygienist then she spent time explaining how, why, and what she would be x raying in my mouth and also the imaging of my jaw. After, she did a thru exam of my gums. I had a root canal and a crown done here and they did everything right so I felt little to no pain.

I love Kootenai Family Dental. When I enter the office the staff makes me feel like I just came home. I had my regular cleaning and check up. Always gentle and thorough. There is no other dentist office for me.
