Good job, short wait to be seen. I needed to reschedule and it was easy. I will follow up once my Delta Dental Grinwell Prime insurance policy takes over for my Blue Cross of Idaho Healthy Smiles policy.

On arrival, I was immediately greeted by the friendly front desk. During my very short wait, I was able to ask the girls at the front desk some questions I had about dental insurance once I reached Medicare age. They were very informative and helpful. My cleaning, x-rays, and exam went very smoothly. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. For anyone looking for a dentist, I would strongly recommend Kootenai Family Dental.

Went in for a filling on 2/20/2019. As usual the staff was courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my procedure was as comfortable as possible. The local anesthesia was not as painful because they numbed the gums beforehand with an "Orajel" type substance. I can only imagine how much more painful the lidocaine would have without it! The rest of the procedure went very smoothly and I am very happy with my new filling.
