Staff made me comfortable, and the doctor was hilarious 😁
I had an urgent dental need. The front office found a time to squeeze me in during the lunch hour. When I needed additional treatment, Dr. Lou took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and why they occur even with good dental hygiene. Then, Harmony, the wonderful staff member who checked me out, took the extra time to call multiple locations to find me a periodontist appointment the next day. I'm so grateful for everything at Lane and Associates.
