Very professional, prompt and informative; answered questions and provided expertise as needed. Excellent appt and interaction.
Dr Ryan, Dr Patel and Dr Everette were all excellent. Highly efficient, explained procedures very well and communicated in an easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend all three and their assistants. My personal preference is to have post-op instructions in dot point or bullet format rather than narrative. Narrative instructions included info on using ice and ice chips, neither were relevant to my procedure. There was no info on using the prescribed rinse that was ordered for me. Dental hygienists and administrative staff are great, but turnover is very high among hygienists and dentists. A dentist who "left" gave my son and me each a filling that needed to be replaced within a year due to her own error, and Lane Dentistry would not cover the cost to fix their mistakes. I am finding a new dentist office and I would not recommend this practice to others.
I love everyone at this office, every time I go in everyone there is so friendly and nice! The energy from the doctors to the DA’s to the front desk is immaculate!
