The staff was very professional, the office was clean and visually appealing, and I was very pleased with the service I received.
I've been going to the Renaissance park location of Lane and Assoc for about eight years now. I moved to another town last year and still drive to Cary for my checkups. I simply love Susan and wouldn't trust my semi-annual cleanings to anyone else.
Every one is very nice and patient with my young, exuberant children.
I always have a great experience at Dr Lane & Associates of Cary. The service is quick which makes it easy for my to take a quick break during my day to squeeze in a visit. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
A little confusion about whether or not the nitrous machine would be available caused a slight delay, but it was handled promptly. The hygenist was fantastic and so was the dentist. They both made a really anxiety-producing experience very tolerable. I will definitely return!
