I sincerely appreciate TONYA's professionalism, patience, knowledge and ability to make me feel comfortable. TONYA listened to my concerns and wanted to make sure she answered all of my questions. TONYA has a very warm and welcoming demeanor shown through her smile and concern for my well-being. The young ladies at the desk are very helpful and kind.
After a less than pleasant experience at another dentist, I found Lane & Associates. I was so pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of their work.
The staff is great and friendly Waiting time is not a problem I'm always seen quickly and my dental hygienist is the best.
The Dental Assistant was awesome. I think her name was Cherise. Excellent customer service skills.
If you are at all afraid or hesitant about dental procedures, you have to see Dr. Witherspoon at the Durham Broad St location! She is a wonderful dentist and her calming demeanor is just what patients like me need!
