The staff were friendly prompt and caring. Loved working with this office from start to finish. The dental assistant "Sherry" is the most dedicated employee I've seen in a while and I've ran two businesses. She is a major team player. Great customer service in the clinic. Some difficulty with proper scheduling and resolution of insurance issues. However office director handled everything very well and made sure everything was resolved. Great follow through!

Everyone at the office was extremely patient, kind, and thorough. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, but they were understanding and explained the process to me. The technician that checked me in and took my x-rays was amazing. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to explain the answers to me in a way that made sense.

I ended up needing a deep cleaning after not going to the dentist in a while. They did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. My hygienist was sweet and easy going. Would recommend this office to all.

I'm 57 and I've been to many medical office's and services in saying that my experience with Lane & Associates Famiky Dentistry-Durham was by far the best experience I've ever had. From the minute I walked in to register to the oral surgery and follow up I've never received the VIP treatment I received there !
