I had a wonderful experience on my visit to Lanes. Diedra especially stood out to me with her kindness and patience. They have a very friendly staff there and I would recommend anyone to go there.
I was treated very compassionately.
The office is clean and well-kept, staff are friendly, and I was in and out in a short period of time after only waiting for five minutes. We've had this kind of visit every time we've been for the last four years - I bring both of my children here, and my husband and I are longtime clients. We'll never go anywhere else!

This is a great organization! Lane & Associates are truly professional and everyone is so kind and helpful. Today, Dr. Witherspoon did an amazing job with some much-needed front -teeth bonding and with the help of her wonderful assistant Sherry, it made it smooth sailing for me! Thank you so very much!
Everything was great! I had an extraction done on my wisdom teeth and it was super quick. Service is exceptional. Five stars well deserved!

Dr. Witherspoon and Sherry take good care of me, and I really appreciate getting care from people who know and remember me and my problems. There are occasionally technological glitches that slow things down (computer link to X-ray machine), but overall the electronic record-keeping is good. The main thing you could do to improve things is to turn off the TV in the waiting room. Nobody even looks at it--they are all looking at their phones--and it increases anxiety with its blather.
