After a less than pleasant experience at another dentist, I found Lane & Associates. I was so pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of their work.
The staff is great and friendly Waiting time is not a problem I'm always seen quickly and my dental hygienist is the best.
The Dental Assistant was awesome. I think her name was Cherise. Excellent customer service skills.
If you are at all afraid or hesitant about dental procedures, you have to see Dr. Witherspoon at the Durham Broad St location! She is a wonderful dentist and her calming demeanor is just what patients like me need!

Dedra is the best dentist that I have ever had. I am not sure if I am spelling her name correctly or not. The entire staff is friendly.
Very professional and personable staff. Dental Hygienist Sherry is excellent, extremely knowledgeable , meticulous, and it was nice for me to have same professional for my multiple visits . Dr Witherspoon is very thorough, meticulous with detail, and great about explaining each step of process and answering questions. Strong sense of teamwork. I felt very confident that my treatment was top-notch.
