Everyone at the office was extremely patient, kind, and thorough. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, but they were understanding and explained the process to me. The technician that checked me in and took my x-rays was amazing. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to explain the answers to me in a way that made sense.
I had an AMAZING experience here at Lane and Associates-Durham Broad! The staff was very friendly and welcoming!The office was very clean! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!
I ended up needing a deep cleaning after not going to the dentist in a while. They did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. My hygienist was sweet and easy going. Would recommend this office to all.

I'm 57 and I've been to many medical office's and services in saying that my experience with Lane & Associates Famiky Dentistry-Durham was by far the best experience I've ever had. From the minute I walked in to register to the oral surgery and follow up I've never received the VIP treatment I received there !
I simply love this office and the great staff here. Dr..Rao is the best. She's great at explaining your dental situation and is always professional. I have referred 2 people to this location because of my great experience.

I am a new patient, the office was very nice and the receptionist was very pleasant. It was slow and I had to wait longer than I thought but when called in, everything was very professional and ordered. My hygienist was just the nicest and sweetest ever. Her name was Reva, not sure about the spelling. After x-rays and cleaning I saw the dentist for my exam and he gave me a great review.
The staff at Lane is the best part of my dental visits. They're so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. Great job all around!
