Great job! Nice quick cleaning. I was comfortable and was in and out in about 30 min!
Great customer service in the clinic. Some difficulty with proper scheduling and resolution of insurance issues. However office director handled everything very well and made sure everything was resolved. Great follow through!

Everyone at the office was extremely patient, kind, and thorough. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, but they were understanding and explained the process to me. The technician that checked me in and took my x-rays was amazing. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to explain the answers to me in a way that made sense.

I ended up needing a deep cleaning after not going to the dentist in a while. They did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. My hygienist was sweet and easy going. Would recommend this office to all.

I'm 57 and I've been to many medical office's and services in saying that my experience with Lane & Associates Famiky Dentistry-Durham was by far the best experience I've ever had. From the minute I walked in to register to the oral surgery and follow up I've never received the VIP treatment I received there !
I simply love this office and the great staff here. Dr..Rao is the best. She's great at explaining your dental situation and is always professional. I have referred 2 people to this location because of my great experience.
