Lack of follow up and customer service. I was seen at this location on May 3rd. I was advised by the dentist if the issue did not clear up in a week or two to follow up with him. The issue had not cleared up so I called to see if an antibiotic could be called in. I spoke with four ladies(after I called four separate times) and they placed me on hold each time and said they were checking with the doctors head assistant. First time I went to this place I had the initial dentist look at my teeth and say how great they looked and how awesome I was doing at brushing. Then the doctor came in and pointed out about 5 cavities (left me to believe the initial dentist had no idea what she was talking about) next time I went they stopped my appointment mid appointment because they couldn’t figure out if I had insurance (obviously I do). I had to have a cavity done. Told it would take 15 minutes , took an hour because it was worst than expected.
Very nice. No cavities! Yaaaay!
