Beware! Do not pay up front for any service. My claim was filed incorrectly and they will not appeal it. I am not out $3200!
We saw Dr Lubeki today for a consultation regarding work that he did. He was condescending at best and continued to talk over my husband and I. The assistant that was working with him suggested that we go see another practice. All six members of my family have patronized this practice for 20 years without issue. To be told to go somewhere else is truly disheartening but we will do just that at their own suggestion.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Especially Brandi Story.

Had a dental emergency. Receptionist was very pleasant and was able to process my insurance info and got me in quickly. Escorted to a room- tv/music had expletives- asked if it could be changed and replied she could not. Dr. L. tried to get something lodged between tooth and gum. Somewhat successful. Asked about Rx for infection, but he and assistant said it was unnecessary and recommended salt rinses. Followed instructions to no avail. Eight hours later had to drive to Urgent Care paying a second co-pay for second opinion... read more
