I had the worst experience at the Durham office. I was in the worst pain that I have ever had. Saw the dentist. They took X-rays. Referred me to the endontist. Had to wait for an appointment. They never informed me that the endontist works at Lane. Prescribed antibiotics and steroids to take care of the pain. The endontist appointment was just for a consult because my insurance would need to be checked before a procedure could be done. The endontist is only there 3 days per week so more waiting. It was a very good experience
It used to be a decent dentist office but the dentist I saw recently ruined 10 years of orthodontics in 5 mins. When I showed him what he had done by shaving the side of my tooth off he suggested that I get braces AGAIN when I only have one messed up tooth thanks to him. The entire office is hopeless now though because I went to see a different dentist there an Asian woman and she had the nerve to try to tell me it was like that before when it clearly wasn’t. Lynne my Dental Assistant was very, very attentive, professional, and courteous. I was very petrified because of my phobia of having anyone’s hand in my mouth. She tried her best to comfort me and calm me. Overall, my Dentist, her assistant, frontend staff, and everyone's else were very professional and I appreciated that. Thank you.

I was charged $160 for something no one could explain. I left that teeth cleaning feeling like I needed to brush my teeth. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful.
Raiza was very thorough with my cleaning and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire time.
