I had the worst experience at the Durham office. I was in the worst pain that I have ever had. Saw the dentist. They took X-rays. Referred me to the endontist. Had to wait for an appointment. They never informed me that the endontist works at Lane. Prescribed antibiotics and steroids to take care of the pain. The endontist appointment was just for a consult because my insurance would need to be checked before a procedure could be done. The endontist is only there 3 days per week so more waiting.
