Was a patient in Raleigh office and then Jacksonville. The dentist in Jacksonville refused to refer me out to oral surgeon to have thirteen teeth pulled, unless I drove to their office in Raleigh, two and half hours each way. Now I call and they tell me I’m considered a new patient because it’s been two years and they don’t take new patients with Medicaid. But if you have cash or other insurance they will take you.
