Had an emergency and because I hadn’t been in the office for two years I was considered a new patient and they aren’t accepting new patients. The last time I was in the office the dentist refused to refer me out, to oral surgeon, unless I drove to THEIR practice with an oral surgeon, in Raleigh, two hours away. otherwise I would have to be awake to have thirteen teeth pulled. Now they consider me a new patient. Wouldn’t go to this office if they were the last dentist on earth,
To edit my review from 2 stars to 1** I posted a review a couple of weeks ago about the negative experience I had here and instead of remedying the problem they sent me a certified letter terminating my patient-provider relationship. If you plan to speak up about how you’re treated here and what you experience, plan to find a new oral provider. I still stand by the fact that they do good basic dental care and they never injured me in any way, shape, or form. How they handle this was unprofessional and uncalled for. Go elsewh... read more
Ive been a patient of this place for many, many years, even went to a different location and transferred here when I moved because I loved them, sadly, things change. I had cosmetic dental work done 9 months ago and I’ve had to return repeatedly over the course of these last 9 months to have it repaired. I haven’t done anything extraordinary to damage it, just flossing, eating steamed oysters, and getting parsley out of my teeth with my finger.
