I came to Lane and Associates last year with ulcers in the soft tissue of my mouth and eating was so painful. Dr. H endeavored to find the problem and sent me to UNC Dental School. I was eventually diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease. Now I am getting extensive dental work to replace 35 year old caps. I cannot say enough nice things about Lane and Associates. Love this place!!! Very fast and efficient. They are organized and explain everything. They truly care about the patient and want what's best for their mouth and wallet. They give a detailed bill which is very assuring. The doctors are awesome and I love the fact they're open on Saturdays. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and every assistant I've had had been truly amazing. This place goes above and beyond and I would recommend them to any and everyone. I'm so glad I switched to this practice!!
Been going to the Lane & Associates location for years. Had an appointment on Dec 11th for surgery to correct a deep pocket. I was told that my appointment needed to be canceled because the oral surgeon was going to be out of the country for 2 months. I have waited for this appointment for months. William, the manager I believe, said that he could get me for another appointment in February 2026. Unacceptable. I won't be back.

Customer service was top notch
Horrible, horrible and horrible. Dr. Chaung is awesome. However, "Dr". H has no business being called a doctor. He is a horrible human being who is concerned more about getting a dollar than he is about helping patients. I would not recommend "Dr". H. to work on a mannequin. DISGUSTING!!!!
