I would never recommend this place its been a horrible experience the place is not that clean the equipment is ragedy and the front desk is not that friendly my wife had me join she and myself will be looking for a new dentist for this up coming year I never been to a dentist and left there thinking one plan come back and we not even close to the plan that was discussed than your supposed to get a free cleaning after spending all this money crowns fill ins and other things they say you need than when you think your done they... read more
I will not be returning to the Mt. Olive office for any further dental treatment. My husband was treated in February 2020 for a cavity in tooth #14 (OL). When my husband went back in August for his 6 month exam the doctor said he had a cavity in the same tooth #14 (OL). We didn't realize that he had just had this tooth filled until he got home and I started looking back at a previous EOB from February 2020. So it’s been 17 days since my last review. William straightened out my insurance. I’ve got two insurances and it was complicated but not any more. Thank you William! And my crown is complicated too. I need crown lengthening due to my previous root canal being botched in another state. Today they found the bone next to that tooth was infected. The infection was removed and it looks like my tooth is going to be saved. I’ve got a check up in 2 weeks and in 4-6 weeks I should have a new crown.
I am a new patient. Everything seems to be going wrong. The office messed up my insurance. My temporary crown fell out. The tech slipped and the metal instrument tore though lip and I bled all over. Earlier I gave lane and associates 1 star. Well I’ve tried to take away the bad review but unsuccessful. After speaking with manager he agreed to resolve my concerns about my balance. The reviews do work. I thank you William..
This place always has phantom charges
I will never come back to lane and associates on wake forest road. I go in for a regular teeth cleaning which i get two free a year. Leave owing $95 because supposedly they had Me on a plan from 2 years ago for deep cleaning which I knew nothing about. I come back to pay My $95 only to be told I owe $166. The lady at the front desk says I don’t know why it changed, you will have to speak with a manager and he’s unavailable. How convenient. this place always comes with phantom charges. This time I’ve learned My lesson..
This is the WORST run dental office I have ever been to. I made 3 visits just trying to get a cleaning. The first visit the only measured my gum line (N0 cleaning). The second visit to get a cleaning I was told after waiting for 30 minutes that the doctor had an emergency and I finally gave up. The third attempt to clean my teeth, I guess I didn't respond fast enough to their voice message so they canceled my appointment that I had waited for 3 months. Dr. Azziz, Dr. Bailey and staff worked miracles on saving my problem teeth. Twice they have helped me with emergencies ON SATURDAY. All 6 members (kids, too) of my family have received excellent care here. I’ll never go to a different dental practice. They are the best!
