Brooke at Dr Lanes office was exceptional rude and hateful on the phone to us and created undo problems with patients

Lane Associates Cary is overly expensive. One front tooth implant cost me $8,000. Doctors are good, but prices are exorbitant.

Everyone experience is different mine was HORRID WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!
I would never recommend this place its been a horrible experience the place is not that clean the equipment is ragedy and the front desk is not that friendly my wife had me join she and myself will be looking for a new dentist for this up coming year I never been to a dentist and left there thinking one plan come back and we not even close to the plan that was discussed than your supposed to get a free cleaning after spending all this money crowns fill ins and other things they say you need than when you think your done they... read more
I will not be returning to the Mt. Olive office for any further dental treatment. My husband was treated in February 2020 for a cavity in tooth #14 (OL). When my husband went back in August for his 6 month exam the doctor said he had a cavity in the same tooth #14 (OL). We didn't realize that he had just had this tooth filled until he got home and I started looking back at a previous EOB from February 2020. So it’s been 17 days since my last review. William straightened out my insurance. I’ve got two insurances and it was complicated but not any more. Thank you William! And my crown is complicated too. I need crown lengthening due to my previous root canal being botched in another state. Today they found the bone next to that tooth was infected. The infection was removed and it looks like my tooth is going to be saved. I’ve got a check up in 2 weeks and in 4-6 weeks I should have a new crown.
I am a new patient. Everything seems to be going wrong. The office messed up my insurance. My temporary crown fell out. The tech slipped and the metal instrument tore though lip and I bled all over.
