Been going to the Lane & Associates location for years. Had an appointment on Dec 11th for surgery to correct a deep pocket. I was told that my appointment needed to be canceled because the oral surgeon was going to be out of the country for 2 months. I have waited for this appointment for months. William, the manager I believe, said that he could get me for another appointment in February 2026. Unacceptable. I won't be back.
Staff is always friendly and I always have a great experience!
Customer service was top notch
Horrible, horrible and horrible. Dr. Chaung is awesome. However, "Dr". H has no business being called a doctor. He is a horrible human being who is concerned more about getting a dollar than he is about helping patients. I would not recommend "Dr". H. to work on a mannequin. DISGUSTING!!!!
