Couldn’t have asked for any other dentist
I have yet to find a dental practice that I would recommend, in the Raleigh, NC area. Lane & Associates is very disorganized. I gave them a year to perform one procedure, but appointment after appointment got canceled, the latest canceled at the last minute due to the grafting materials not being in-house. The 2/3 appointments they did honor/keep were late by at least 30 min. I once had a 3:00 appointment and wasn't called back to the chair until 5:00 p.m. Just a "heads-up"......
I waited couple months to receive a consultation. I go explain what I was seeking and explained I have high blood pressure. I'm only here for consult to talk not the actual procedure. My blood pressure was taken it was high. The young lady took it several more times. My arm was hurting and I explained my hand was going numb. Because they couldn't take it again the dentist refused to see me. I was there for over a hour and never saw the dentist. What a fraud way to build my insurance. Dr MATTHEW SMITH of Lane and Associates of the Capital Blvd office is one of the worst possible dentists that you can go to to get fitted for dentures
Avoid their sleep department! They drug me along for 2 1/2 months while doing absolutely nothing except for not returning messages and kicking the can when I did get ahold of someone. I spoke to "management" as well who promised response and after one week of waiting, I moved on to another practice that was able to get my in and fitted for an oral appliance for sleep apnea within 4 business days.
