The service was great! Staff was friendly, kind, helpful, and patient. I booked for myself and my introverted daughter and for the first time heard her actually enjoying a conversation with a staff member. 10/10 would definitely recommend, especially for families.
I enjoy my visit with no issues. The Dentist was friendly and informative with my questions that I asked. I love ❤️ and enjoyed my visit.

My experience was pretty good. I just feel that the hygienist that did my cleaning didn’t really take me serious when I told her before she started cleaning my teeth that my gums were sensitive. I felt she could have been a lot more gentle when pressing into the gums with the utensils she used. She did a good job cleaning but should listen when I say it hurts. I had been a patient at the 1201 Ridge Rd, Raleigh, NC for over a decade. All of a sudden I received multiple calls and hang up calls from a collections agency- regarding an outstanding bill of less than $100 Apparently my insurance hadn't paid the entire bill even though it had told me and this office it was covered one hundred percent. Lane and Associates hadn't called-emailed-text-or sent a bill to me prior to them turning the matter over to this collection agency. I went in with a lot of pain that turned out to be an infection under a tooth and was referred out to an endodontist. When I called back to ask for some help with the pain that was now unbearable I was dismissed with the suggestion to take ibuprofen and call the referral for an appointment. Not going back to a doctor that won’t even take you seriously when you say you are in a lot of pain.
