My wife and I will never go to any other dentist. I love the staff.
After having been a patient of Dr. Jackson and remaining at Lane and Associates on Ridge Road after they bought the practice from Dr. Jackson I observed a significant decrease in patient care. The front office staff that takes care of billing, insurance and scheduling was all different every 6 months when I went in for my cleanings. At one cleaning the doctor said, "everything looked great, keep doing what you are doing."
