Everyone at this practice is wonderful. I receive excellent care every time. I have a visit. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new dentist.
I was treated like a queen..had6 front teeth pulled.
I’ve been a patient here since around 12-2024, and I’ll say I have felt some times like a patient number, where in treatments I’m not always being told what’s happening or what the technician is doing. There may be one time at the very start of the appointment where the dentist asks if I have questions, but the feeling has been very quick, in and out kind of idea. We recently moved to the area and selected McCordsville Family Dentistry with Dr. Kimmel upon the recommendation of our daughter. He and his staff are awesome. Beginning with my first contact with Whitney on the phone, I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner. Amanda was my hygienist, and Andrea was the dental assistant who prepped me for extensive crown work. My visits are very pleasant and calming. I’m often nervous about going and Dr Kimmel and his team calm my nerves .
I visited the office today to receive a crown and filling. Every time I enter the practice, I am greeted by the friendly office staff. Within a few minutes, I was taken back for my appointment. The dental assistants and Dr. Kimmel are always personable, helpful and highly skilled. It seemed like the process was done quickly and painlessly. I was always asked if I had any questions and was comfortable. I am always pleased with the care I receive at this office.
My visit was awesome. The entire team was kind and very attentive. The office is clean and welcoming. The Dr. made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and without pain during my surgery…. (Cause I was in PAIN when I came into the office). I would highly recommend Dr. Kimmel and his team.
