I read several reviews before choosing Dr. Kimmel and McCordsville Family Dentistry. I was very apprehensive about going to the dentist due to previous experiences with other dentist and knowing that I needed to have work done. Dr. Kimmel’s staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kimmel gave me options on the kind work that I needed, he also gave me the option to do my work in 3 session or having sedation and having all the work done in one session, I chose the latter. Difficult procedure. Dr Kimmel’s years I’d experience and high dental acumen paid off. Both I and my wife highly recommend him.
The staff were professional and we had the cleaning done and a concern with one of my teeth that we had a watch on in case it became problematic. We discussed the issue and they sent out a preauthorization for the work to be able to set up appt in future to fix the problem. I am very happy with how Dr. Kimmel has provided the best dental care for my needs.
Everything was fine this visit, until the dentist came in. He mentioned something that was a concern from the X-rays they took. The problem is that there were no X-rays taken today, this was done back in June. It wasn’t mentioned in June, but today is the first time it’s been mentioned to me. I am not a dentist, but I think that’s definitely weird. Why are you just now looking at my X-rays from six months ago? What if it had been something serious that has now been ignored for a half of a year?
Dr Kimmel’s staff are professional from the word go. They are by far the best DDS staff out there. I wouldn’t trade them for the world.
Needed work explained thoroughly, finished in a timely manner with no lasting pain.
All the staff are friendly and professional. The examination is thorough and gentle.

Dr Kimmel and his staff are wonderful. I have a lot of anxiety with dentist but going to this office takes it all away. They are understanding and patient . All his staff know what they are doing. Highly recommend
