Quite a few years ago, I trained for real estate salesperson with Namir. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to attend numerous ConEd courses, also led by Namir. Tim Green is a fantastic instructor and I enjoyed his style of teaching. Humor is so important. The information was presented in a structed format with wonderful learning cues. I current hold a Wisconsin RE Broker license and although challenging because of different state laws and definitions, I would recommend and highly suggest that you use the Michigan Institute of Real Estate for your education.
