Deciding on which company to go through for real estate prep can be very confusing/time consuming. I spent hours going through each course approved by the state trying to find which one fit my learning needs, and one that would be able to respond quickly when I had a question since I was taking the course online. Took the online class and passed exam on first attempt. Kevin’s YouTube videos, keynotes and prep exam software were extremely helpful! The course videos were also well narrated and easy to follow. I studied the vocabulary, laws, and agency practice like crazy in addition to repeatedly taking practice exams. Would highly recommend Michigan Institute of Real Estate!
I took the Broker prep course with Tim Green. He is an excellent Instructor. I would highly recommend him for any real estate matters.
