RecommendedI took the Broker prep course with Tim Green. He is an excellent Instructor. I would highly recommend him for any real estate matters.
40 hour prelicensing course was right on point. Kevin taught us what we needed to know about real estate and the best way to study to pass the exam...I passed the first time I took it!
