Namir is an excellent instructor. I enjoyed the real life scenarios that he used to further explained subject matter. I am excited and feel prepared to take my State Board Exam. I attended an online course through an off brand online school... hated it. It actually made me feel like I couldn't be a realtor. Then I attended Namir and Kevin's in person class ending on July 1... What a difference! They really know how to teach! I purchased the test prep and studied alot, Along with watching the course access recorded while I fell asleep at night I took my test yesterday and passed with a 117/120!!
