I took the online in classroom and I enjoyed the majority of it but they had some glitches but it was the first time the did the online class where you are actually in the classroom I think if they can work the glitches out it will be an awesome class.
I took the class taught by Tim Green in the Flint location. Excellent teacher and gave excellent pointers on being successful. Highly recommended the test bank CD that is offered to purchase. Passed the test on the first try!
I went from knowing virtually nothing about real estate to passing the exam in just two weeks using the Online course. You can't go wrong, just be sure to utilize everything you're given from the online course to the review videos, complete all of the review pages and practice tests in the back of the book until you are scoring 90% and you should pass no problem!
I took Namir George's 40 hour Monday-Friday class and left there feeling very confident and educated enough to take the State exam. Thanks to him, I passed it on the first try. Tomorrow, I'm signing my paperwork with Arterra Realty and can't wait to start a new career. Thank you Mr. George!
