I love the online course because it allows me to stop and start as I need to. I finished the course in about seven days and am now taking the review course. Excellent material. Very to the point.
Excellent program if you want to get into real estate
Took the class online having no prior knowledge. Did the class in 5 days (a section per day-took me about 6 good hours each day). Studied for about 4 days, and then passed! The test WASN'T a breeze, but I am convinced that Mr. George's program and teaching style immerced me in the business so I was prepared for what was thrown at me. I finished my 40 hour In Room Class on April 1, 2016. After a few days I decided to purchase the package that included the DVD Set and the CD Set & the 500 question prep CD. I wanted to keep watching and listing to the instruction over and over so I would feel solid with all the info. I am scheduled to take my test this Monday 4/11/16. With all the study tools I feel confidant and well prepared.
16 years and counting. I go to the classes for Namirs' wisdom and ability to communicate the law as it is written in laymen's terms. He is a true Michigan treasure.
