The lady scanning my teeth for my retainers first took me to the wrong room. She did mention she was new which was no problem so I did cut her some slack. But my appointment did end of taking longer because she didn’t know how to put the wires in my mouth, it took her about 10 minutes to figure it out. She then took even longer to put on my rubber bands. She didn’t even seem like she knew what she was doing which was very unprofessional. When I got up out of the chair today, I realized that my pants we’re wet and it wasn’t from me. I then proceeded to wipe the wet spot with my fingers and i smelt it and it smelled like urine. So I believe that I sat in the persons before me urine. That is so disgusting.
I’ve been taking my daughter here for her braces for a few months now. I don’t tend to give reviews and I really should make the time to do so. I think is important. Costumer service is very important to me and to most people after all we all want to feel good and greeted when we enter an establishment or office.
