I have been a patient here for almost two years now. Everyone there from the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Diaz has always been kind, courteous and professional. The dental work I've had done has been painless and with no after effects. I would recommend Railroad Dental to anyone looking for a dental facility you can trust!
Railroad Dental is honestly the best dental practice in NoVA. I made an appointment the day before coming in, was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, and was on the way to work before an hour was up. The cleaning and exam were painless and they identified a couple of fillings that are ready to be replaced.
No one loves the dentist office and as I am prone to cavities and have a "thing" about needles you can imagine I am even more prone to avoiding them. However Railroad Dental has been the best experience by far that I have had with any dentist and even any doctor's office. The staff is phenomenal. They are always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are, they have never left me wondering what my bill means or what my next treatment options are. I have been a patient for years and had the first part of getting a crown put on. Usually, I have little problem with numbing the area or dealing with the irritation during the procedure. The particular tooth was located where I had some facial surgery 30 years ago which seemed to make it VERY sensitive. The Doctor and his assistant were very empathetic and patient as I had to stop them three times as they got started because the area was more sensitive than expected. I have been coming to you with my family of 5 for years. We appreciate the entire railroad staff for always making us feel special and important. This is especially true for my daughter Kristen on the spectrum - you make sure to always take your time with her as she has many sensory issues.
