The young lady that did my cleaning is very professional and has a great attitude. She does a very efficient job of cleaning my teeth and always gives suggestions or compliments about my care of my teeth.
Every time my husband and I have been to RDA, we have been pleasantly surprised by how gentle, reassuring, and nonjudgmental the hygienists and dentists have been. My husband has a lot of dental work anxiety, but felt the most comfortable at this dental office he has ever felt anywhere! Thank you, RDA!

I don't like dentists. Simply put I have my last good experience at a dentist was when I was a child. All my adult visits have been hell. I was very impressed with my recent appointment at your office. The staff was very friendly and professional. I arrived early and was brought back to be seen before I even had a chance to grab a magazine. My hygienist, Ana, was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions and offer helpful suggestions for better oral hygiene. After my cleaning, Dr. Diaz promptly came in to evaluate my xrays. Very happy with all staff interactions and dental service. The front desk staff, hygienist and dentist were extremely friendly; great customer service. They all made me feel extremely comfortable. Hygienist was very knowledgeable and informative about all procedures she was doing. Office was modern and well-kept.

When my dentist retired I began a search and I decided to try Railroad dental associates because they are nearby and they were offering a really good deal for first time patients. I was impressed with the professionalism and the caring of the staff from the receptionists to the hygienist to the dentists. I didn't have insurance but decided to get the Aetna Dental Discount plan which they take. That worked out well since I was in need of several crowns due to older fillings that were large.
